Yes! Our Basic plan is completely free with up to 25 documents and full expiry tracking features. Paid plans unlock additional features like calendar sync, team sharing, and higher document limits. No credit card required to get started.
You can set a custom reminder period for each document (e.g., 30 days, 60 days, 90 days before expiry). When a document approaches its expiry date, you'll receive email notifications. Mobile push notifications are also available for users on our Android app.
Absolutely. With our Family and Team plans, you can create shared workspaces and invite members. Each member can view, add, and manage documents. You can also assign specific documents to team members for renewal tracking.
ExpiryKeeper generates an iCal feed URL that you can add to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app that supports iCal. Your expiry dates will appear as calendar events and stay automatically in sync.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We use JWT-based authentication with automatic token refresh. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
Yes, Pro and higher plans support importing documents via CSV. You can export your data anytime as well, so you always have full control of your information.
Expired documents are clearly marked in your dashboard with a red status indicator. You can start a renewal process directly from the document, track the renewal progress, and set a new expiry date once renewed.
